How much does it cost, Scouting ?

We understand that when you want to become a member, there are suddenly many things to consider. Because being a Scout also requires equipment. Below, we try to give you as good an overview as possible of the costs you can expect when you join our Scout group.

All prices in Euros. The prices are a global indication of costs, the actual costs may vary.
Items marked with an asterisk (*) may be able to be carried over to the next age group and used there.

How does membership fee work?

At our group, membership fees are paid quarterly, which means that you pay every 3 months. We do not have the option to automatically collect membership fees via direct debit, so you have to transfer it yourself every quarter. The easiest way is to set up a recurring transfer with your bank. This way, the bank will transfer your membership fee every quarter without you having to remember to do it every time. All major banks support this.

Scoutshop

Did you know that there is a special shop for Scouts where you can not only get your outfit, but also try it on? This way you can be sure that you have the right size. You will be helped by enthusiastic people who know what they are talking about. At ScoutShop, you can buy everything for outdoor cooking and find backpacks, clothing, shoes, tents, knives, flashlights, compasses, sleeping bags, mats and camping accessories. You can also shop online at the ScoutShop, or pay a visit to your closest ScoutShop.
